All of our products must be worn under supervision. Our accessories are fashion items and are not to be used with overly-aggressive pets or during extended play. Our necklaces and chains are not to be attached to a leash or used with a lead. Every dog is different and it is your responsibility to know what is right for your furry family members. In no event shall we be liable for any harm to pets or persons resulting from the use or misuse of our products.  Outside of US Delivery: We are not liable for foreign country customs and any other sales taxes other than California State sales tax collected upon your purchase, if any. Your customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and should notify you as to any customs and/or sales tax required for you to collect your goods. Once shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.  No returns or refunds, all sales are final, however, we are committed to your satisfaction.
